Trends: Dress Over Pants

There is nothing really new about this trend. There is no surprise with people from eastern cultures because they have been wearing this trend for hundreds of years. Dresses over pants was a popular style in the 70s. Now this trend is back and will not disappear for at least another year. Dresses and skirts over pants were seen all over the catwalks for the fall/winter, 2015/2016 season. I see it as a good alternative to leggings.
